Public Health Appointment (Health Card)

Summary of service conditions

At Extranjería Simple, we manage the official appointment at your local health centre or guide you through the process of requesting the individual health card, depending on the options available in your Autonomous Community.

  • The health card allows you to access public doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies in Spain.

  • We provide clear guidance on the documents usually required (passport or NIE, proof of address, and Social Security Number).

Service price: €29 (VAT included).

If we cannot obtain an appointment or help you complete the process, you may choose between:

  • A 100% refund, or

  • Continuing the search until an appointment is obtained or the procedure is completed, if you prefer.

Please remember that you must present your original documentation according to the requirements of your Autonomous Community.

The official procedure is free of charge and may be completed through your regional health portal, by telephone, or directly at the health centre, depending on the region.

What We Do We manage the booking of an official appointment in the public healthcare system for procedures such as: Registering or assigning a primary care doctor. Requesting an in-person medical appointment. Basic administrative procedures at your health center. We conduct periodic searches on the official portals of your Autonomous Community until we find an available appointment within the timeframe you specify. Once confirmed, we send you via email or WhatsApp: The official appointment confirmation. A guide with the documents typically requested (health card, DNI or NIE, proof of municipal registration, etc.). When we receive your request through the form, we review it manually. If we can process it, we send you a secure payment link (PayPal or credit card). The link is sent during our service hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM). If you submit your request outside these hours, you will receive the link on the next business day. The service fee must be paid before we begin the process, once your request is accepted. After receiving payment, we start actively searching for an appointment within the specified timeframe. Our service is private, independent, and fully transparent, with the sole purpose of facilitating your access to an official appointment in the public healthcare system. We do not act as legal representatives or administrative intermediaries with the healthcare system; the client completes the procedure in their own name and is always the sole applicant before the Administration. What We Don’t Do We are not the official website of the healthcare system or the Public Administration. We do not generate or process medical or health-related documentation. We do not directly decide the date, time, or location of the appointment, as this depends entirely on the official system. However, we always strive to accommodate the client’s preferences and needs, seeking the most convenient option available within the system. We do not guarantee the outcome of the procedure, as the health center may require additional documents or modify the appointment. We are not responsible for the documentation provided or decisions made by the public entity. Management Dates The client must indicate a start date and a deadline (minimum 7 days apart). If an appointment cannot be secured within this period, our refund policy will apply. Refund Policy The service fee is paid once the management is confirmed, before starting the appointment search. If we fail to book an appointment within the specified timeframe, we offer two options: ✅ Full 100% refund of the paid amount. 🔁 Continue the search at no additional cost, with the client’s express authorization. If the client cancels the service after the process has started, no refund will be issued. Price Service fee: €29 (VAT included). The official appointment is free. The fee covers only our private management service and the time dedicated to searching and booking the appointment in the official system. Responsibility Our commitment is limited to diligently and professionally managing the appointment booking and providing guidance on the steps to follow. The client is responsible for: Providing accurate and up-to-date information. Attending the appointment in person on the scheduled day. Bringing all required documentation requested by the health center. We are not responsible for the outcome of the procedure or decisions made by the healthcare system. Legal Notice and Acceptance By requesting this service, you confirm that you have read and accept our General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Data Protection Policy. The official appointment in the Public Healthcare System is free and can be requested directly through the regional health portals or the Social Security Electronic Headquarters.
