What We Do We guide you through the process of requesting your digital certificate issued by the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (FNMT – Spanish Royal Mint). We handle the official appointment booking for your identity verification at the nearest authorized office (Tax Agency, Social Security, Town Hall, or another approved institution). We perform regular searches in the official system until we find an available appointment within the timeframe you specify. Once the appointment is confirmed, we send you via email or WhatsApp: The official appointment confirmation, and An orientation checklist with the necessary steps to complete the certificate request and verification process. When we receive your request through the online form, we manually review it. If we can process it, we send you a secure payment link (PayPal or credit card). The payment link is sent during our business hours (Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). If you send your request outside of these hours, you will receive the link on the next working day. The service fee must be paid before we start the process, once your request has been accepted. After receiving payment, we begin the active search for an appointment within the specified period. Our service is private, independent, and fully transparent, with the sole purpose of facilitating your verification process before official entities. We do not act as legal representatives or administrative intermediaries before the FNMT or any collaborating entities. The client always carries out the procedure in their own name and appears as the sole applicant before the Administration. What We Don’t Do We are not the official website of the FNMT or any public administration. We do not generate, sign, or install digital certificates. We do not directly decide the date, time, or location of the appointment — these depend exclusively on the FNMT’s official system. However, we always try to adapt to the client’s preferences and needs, finding the most convenient option available. We do not guarantee a favorable outcome, as verification depends on the identity validation and approval by the FNMT. We do not assume responsibility for any errors in the information provided by the user or for decisions made by the issuing authority. Processing Dates The client must specify a start date and a deadline (with at least 7 days between them). If the appointment cannot be obtained within that period, our refund policy will apply. Refund Policy The service is paid once the request has been confirmed, before starting the appointment search. If we cannot secure the appointment within the specified time frame, we offer two options: ✅ 100% refund of the amount paid, or 🔁 Continue the search at no additional cost, with the client’s express authorization. If the client decides to cancel the service once the process has started, no refund will be issued. Price Service fee: €29 (VAT included). The official appointment is free of charge. The fee corresponds solely to our private management service and the time dedicated to searching, coordinating, and guiding the process. Responsibility Our commitment is limited to diligently and professionally managing the appointment booking and providing general guidance on the necessary steps. The client is responsible for: Providing accurate and up-to-date information; Attending the appointment in person to verify their identity; Completing the process by downloading and installing the digital certificate once authorized by the FNMT. We are not responsible for the outcome of the procedure or for any decisions made by the FNMT or its collaborating entities.
