What we do We handle the booking of an official appointment at the Tesorería General de la Seguridad Social (Social Security Treasury) for you to obtain your Social Security Affiliation Number (NSS), required to work legally in Spain. We perform periodic searches in the official system until we find an available appointment within the timeframe you specify. Once confirmed, you will receive by email or WhatsApp: The official appointment confirmation, and A guidance document listing the usual documents required (for example: ID or passport, TA.1 form, employment contract, etc.). After receiving your request through our form, we review it manually and, if it can be managed, we send you a secure payment link (PayPal or credit card). The payment link is sent during our business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). If you submit your request outside these hours, you will receive the link on the next business day. Payment is required before we start the process, once your request is accepted. After receiving payment, we actively begin searching for an appointment within the specified timeframe. Our service is private, independent, and completely transparent, designed to make access to official appointments easier and reduce waiting times. We do not act as legal representatives or intermediaries before the Administration; the client carries out the procedure in their own name and always appears as the sole applicant before the public authority. What we don’t do We are not the official website of the Spanish Social Security or any public administration. We do not create or submit official forms (such as TA.1) or handle documents on behalf of clients. We do not choose the exact date, time, or location of the appointment, as these depend exclusively on the official system, but we always aim to adapt to your preferences and needs, finding the most suitable option available. We do not guarantee the outcome of the process, as the Social Security office may request additional documents or reject applications. We are not responsible for the documentation provided or for any decision made by the public administration. Processing time You must specify a start date and a deadline (with a minimum of 7 days between them). If the appointment is not obtained within that period, our refund policy will apply. Refund policy The service fee is paid once the request is confirmed, before starting the search. If we do not manage to secure the appointment within the indicated timeframe, we offer two options: ✅ A 100% refund of the amount paid, or 🔁 Continuing the search at no additional cost, with your express authorization. If the client decides to cancel the service once the process has started, no refund will be issued. Price Service price: €29 (VAT included). The official appointment is free. This price covers only our private management service and the time dedicated to searching and reserving the appointment in the official system. Responsibility Our commitment is limited to diligently and professionally managing the appointment booking and providing general guidance on the steps to follow. The client is responsible for: Providing accurate and up-to-date information. Attending the appointment in person. Bringing the required documentation requested by the Social Security office. We are not responsible for the final result of the process or any decision made by the Administration.
