What We Do We handle the official appointment booking process at the Spanish National Police for immigration procedures such as fingerprint registration, issuance or renewal of the TIE card, obtaining or duplicating the NIE number, and residence or registration certificates. We carry out regular searches in the official system until we find an available appointment within the time frame you specify. Once the appointment is confirmed, we send you the official appointment receipt along with basic guidance on the documents usually required by the Administration. When we receive your request through the form, we review it manually and, if it can be processed, we send you a secure payment link (PayPal or credit card). The payment link is sent during our business hours (Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). If you submit your request outside these hours, you will receive the link on the next working day. The service must be paid before we begin the management process. Once the payment is received, we start actively searching for an appointment within the indicated time frame. Our service is private, independent, and completely transparent, designed to make it easier to obtain official appointments and reduce waiting times. We do not act as legal representatives or administrative intermediaries before public authorities. The client always carries out the procedure in their own name and appears as the sole applicant before the official body. What We Don’t Do We are not the official website of the Spanish National Police or any public administration. We do not generate, sign, or submit official forms (EX-15, EX-17, EX-18, etc.) or administrative fees. We do not directly decide the date, time, or location of the appointment — these depend exclusively on the official booking system. However, we always try to adapt to the client’s preferences and needs, seeking the most convenient option possible within the system. We do not guarantee the outcome of any administrative procedure, as the Administration may request additional documentation or reject applications. We do not assume responsibility for the documents provided or for any decisions made by the public body. Processing Dates The client must indicate a start date and a deadline (with a minimum difference of 7 days). If the appointment cannot be obtained within that time frame, our refund policy will apply. Refund Policy The service is paid once the request has been accepted, before the active search for an appointment begins. If we are unable to book the appointment within the indicated time frame, we offer two options: • A 100% refund of the amount paid, or • Continuing the search at no additional cost, with the client’s explicit authorization. If the client decides to cancel the service after the process has begun, no refund will be issued. Price Service fee: €29 (VAT included). The official appointment is free of charge. The fee corresponds solely to our private management service and the time dedicated to searching and booking the appointment through the official system. Responsibility Our commitment is limited to managing the appointment booking process diligently and professionally. The client is responsible for: • Reviewing the information they provide. • Attending the appointment in person with their original and valid documents. • Meeting all the requirements requested by the Administration. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for the outcome of the administrative procedure or for decisions made by the public authority.
