In compliance with the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by Extranjería Simple through the forms on this website will be incorporated and processed in a file under the responsibility of the owner in order to facilitate, expedite, and fulfill the commitments established between Extranjería Simple and the User, or to respond to a request or query made.
A record of processing activities is also maintained in accordance with Article 30 of the GDPR.

No special categories of personal data are processed.

Personal data will be used to:

  • Manage appointment requests with official bodies (National Police, City Councils, Social Security, Health, FNMT).

  • Prepare necessary forms and administrative fees.

  • Contact the User by email or WhatsApp to send information related to the contracted service.

  • Manage billing and payment for services.

Retention Periods

Personal data will be retained only for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing and, in any case, for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the User requests its deletion.

Recipients of the Data

The data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or when it is essential to manage the appointment on official Public Administration portals.

Personal Data of Minors

Only individuals over the age of 14 may give their consent. For minors under 14, the consent of parents or legal guardians will be required.
