We can help you get an appointment to have your fingerprints taken for your TIE (Foreigner's Identity Card).
Just tell us your province, your available dates, and the type of procedure ("Fingerprint Taking - TIE").
We'll find an appointment at the available police stations and send you the official receipt with the confirmed date and time.

Do you also manage appointments for other immigration procedures?

Yes. We handle appointments for different official procedures, such as:

  • NIE and TIE (fingerprints, renewal, or card collection).

  • Municipal registration (empadronamiento) at your local town hall.

  • Social Security and Public Health Services (health card).

  • Digital certificate (FNMT).

We adapt to the type of appointment you need, depending on your situation.

How long does it take to get an appointment with an immigration office?

It depends on availability in each province.
Appointments are usually made within 1 to 7 business days, although in areas with high demand (Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, etc.) it may take a little longer.
In any case, we will keep you informed throughout the process.

What happens if the official systems don't have appointments available?

During certain periods (for example, summer or the beginning of the school year), official systems may be overloaded and display messages stating "no appointments available." In this case, we will continue trying to secure your appointment within the timeframe you have authorized (with a minimum of 7 business days). If we are unable to secure an appointment within this timeframe, we offer you two options:

  1. 100% refund of the amount paid.

  2. Continue trying at no additional cost until new appointments become available.
