By accessing, registering, or purchasing any service on the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms. All communications will be carried out via email or SMS/WhatsApp using the contact information provided by the user. The user is responsible for keeping their contact details up to date. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by third-party providers (such as email or messaging services).
In cases of force majeure (technical problems in the administration, legal changes, or administrative closures), deadlines may be reasonably extended.

NATURE OF THE SERVICE

Our service consists of providing assistance, consultancy, and digital management to help users obtain appointments or complete immigration-related procedures before the relevant authorities.
We do not sell products or manage procedures directly with government offices. Instead, we act as an independent intermediary to facilitate and simplify the appointment process, always with your explicit authorization.

• Voluntary nature: This is an optional paid service. You may complete the same procedures free of charge directly through official government channels (websites, offices, or postal services). By choosing us, you are paying solely for our intermediary service, which includes availability searches and ongoing follow-up.
• Objective: Our goal is to help you book appointments or advance your administrative processes efficiently, without selling the appointment or the administrative act itself, which remains free of charge when requested directly from the government.
• Authorization: By purchasing our service, you authorize us to access the information you provide (basic personal data) to manage your request. You guarantee that this information is accurate and that you hold the necessary permissions (e.g., if acting on behalf of a third party). We commit not to store or retain copies of sensitive documents once the process is completed.

By accepting these terms, you grant us a specific mandate to act on your behalf, in accordance with the Spanish Civil Code (Articles 1709 et seq.). If the procedure cannot be completed for reasons beyond our control, we will advise you on the next steps or pause the process until it becomes possible to resume.

COSTS AND PAYMENT METHODS

The service price is €39 (VAT included), clearly displayed before confirming your order. There are no additional fees for delivery, as the entire process is digital.

• Payment: Payments are processed through a secure gateway (credit/debit card or PayPal) with 3D Secure (SCA) authentication. By clicking “Pay,” you authorize the transaction and consent to the immediate start of the service. Consequently, in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Consumer and User Protection Act (TRLDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply once the service has begun.
• Quotes and Invoices: You may request detailed quotes through our online form. Once payment is completed, an invoice will be issued using the billing details provided and sent to your registered email. The user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.

GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY

• Timeframes: The estimated time to complete a procedure is 5 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the case and administrative workload. Progress updates are available upon request.
• Guarantee: We commit to performing our services with the utmost diligence and professionalism. If unforeseen issues arise beyond the user’s control, we will adjust the process or issue a proportional refund when applicable.
• Refunds: Since the service begins immediately with the user’s approval, the general right of withdrawal does not apply. In exceptional cases (such as internal errors or total impossibility of performing the service), you may contact info@extranjeriasimple.com
with your request number or ID to request a personalized refund review. Refund requests are processed within 14 calendar days.

USER RESPONSIBILITY

The user commits to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Review all details before submitting a request.
• Attend the appointment personally with the required documentation.
Extranjería Simple is not responsible for the final outcome of any administrative procedure or decisions made by public authorities. Our responsibility is limited to the search, coordination, and confirmation of the official appointment.

DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data complies with the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Reg. 2016/679). Data is used exclusively to provide the contracted service and is retained only for the period necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve potential incidents.
