Summary Terms of Service

 

At Extranjería Simple, we manage the official appointment at your Town Hall for:

  • Registration in the municipal census (first registration or change of address).

  • Requesting a municipal registration certificate or “volante”.

To begin, we only need your basic information and the type of procedure you need. We will search for the earliest available appointment and send you the official confirmation by email or WhatsApp, together with all the necessary instructions to attend correctly.

Service price: €29 (VAT included).

If we are unable to obtain an appointment for your Town Hall, you may choose between:

  • A 100% refund, or

  • Continuing the search until an appointment becomes available, if you prefer.

Please remember that you must attend the appointment in person with your original documentation and any documents required by your municipality.

The official Town Hall appointment is free of charge and can also be requested directly through the municipal online portal.

What We Do We handle the official appointment booking at your local Town Hall (Ayuntamiento) for the following procedures: Registration in the municipal census (empadronamiento) — first registration or change of address. Request for a certificate or proof of registration (certificado o volante de empadronamiento). We carry out periodic searches in the official system until we find an available appointment within the time frame you specify. Once the appointment is confirmed, we send you by email or WhatsApp: The official appointment receipt, and A guidance sheet with the documents that are usually required (such as passport, rental contract, authorization from the property owner, family book, etc.). When we receive your request through the form, we review it manually and, if we can manage it, we send you a secure payment link (PayPal or credit card). The link is sent during our business hours (Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). If you send your request outside those hours, you will receive the link on the next business day. The service must be paid before the management process begins, once your request has been accepted. After we receive payment, we start the active search for an appointment within the time frame you indicated. Our service is private, independent, and fully transparent, designed to make it easier to access official appointments and reduce waiting times. We do not act as legal representatives or administrative intermediaries before the Town Hall. The client always completes the procedure in their own name and appears as the sole applicant before the Administration. What We Don’t Do We are not the official website of the Town Hall or any public administration. We do not generate or submit official documents. We do not directly decide the date, time, or location of the appointment, as these depend entirely on the Town Hall’s official booking system. However, we always try to adapt to the client’s preferences and needs, finding the most convenient available option within the system. We do not guarantee the outcome of the administrative process (the Town Hall may request additional documents or reject applications that do not meet the requirements). We do not assume responsibility for the documentation provided or for any decisions made by the Town Hall. Processing Dates The client must specify a start date and a deadline (at least 7 days apart). If the appointment cannot be obtained within this time frame, our refund policy will apply. Refund Policy The service is paid once the request has been accepted, before the search for an appointment begins. If we are unable to secure an appointment within the specified time frame, we offer two options: ✅ 100% refund of the amount paid. 🔁 Continue searching at no additional cost, with the client’s express authorization. If the client decides to cancel the service after the process has started, no refund will be issued. Price Service price: €29 (VAT included). The official appointment itself is free of charge. The fee corresponds solely to our private management service and the time dedicated to searching and booking the appointment through the official system. Responsibility Our commitment is limited to diligently and professionally managing the appointment booking process and providing basic guidance on the steps to follow. The client is responsible for: Providing accurate and up-to-date information. Attending the appointment in person (registration in the municipal census requires physical presence). Bringing all the required documentation requested by the Town Hall. We are not responsible for the result of the administrative procedure or for the approval or rejection of the application by the Town Hall.
